Hi, I’m Caroline Wilson.

With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, I have built a career dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with organizations that hold themselves to the highest levels of performance and excellence.

My track record includes hundreds of successful searches with prominent private equity firms and their portfolio companies, asset managers, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding my own firm, I built and led a multi-million dollar practice at a leading boutique search firm. Clients choose to work with me because they rely on my commitment to delivering exceptional service on every search and know they can trust me to be upfront and transparent about all aspects of the process.

I enjoy getting to know candidates on a deeper level and helping to advise them throughout their careers. One of my greatest joys is when a former candidate becomes a client and we get to continue to work together.

My deepest experience lies in recruiting candidates from management consulting backgrounds, particularly from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group, and other strategy consulting firms. Additionally, I have led searches across a broad spectrum of leadership roles, including general management, operations, sales, and marketing.

CORE VALUES

Integrity

A dedication to upholding the highest standards of integrity is at the heart of everything I do.  This commitment to honesty, transparency, and doing what’s right builds trust with both clients and candidates.

Excellence

Just completing a search is not enough. I’m all about going above and beyond expectations and striving to achieve the highest quality outcome on every project.

Persistence

Executive searches can be tough, but I stay with you through the highs and lows. I don’t give up on even the most challenging searches, and I’m committed to finding the ideal fit for your team, no matter what it takes.

Diversity

I believe that part of my responsibility as a recruiter includes promoting diversity in all forms, particularly in industries where it has historically been lacking.
