Prior to founding my own firm, I built and led a multi-million dollar practice at a leading boutique search firm. I enjoy getting to know candidates on a deeper level and helping to advise them throughout their careers. One of my greatest joys is when a former candidate becomes a client and we get to continue to work together. 

My deepest experience lies in recruiting candidates from management consulting backgrounds, particularly from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group, and other strategy consulting firms. Additionally, I have led searches across a broad spectrum of leadership roles, including general management, operations, sales, and marketing.
